PRIME Minister Tony Abbott says Labor should “repent” for its broken promise to introduce a carbon tax by passing his laws to axe it before ­Christmas.

Chapman: Trouble at mill.
Cleveland: Oh no – what kind of trouble?

Cleveland: Pardon?

Cleveland: I don’t understand what you’re saying.
